Hi, I’m
Courtney Carini

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 at the age of 38, after a lifetime of emotional struggles, feeling misunderstood by the world around me, and feeling like I was in a constant state of treading water. I had built a successful multi-million dollar walnut snack company, but was still feeling lost, trapped, and bogged down by being spread too thin.
I spent the next 3 years deeply entrenched in all things ADHD, and learning to completely restructure and approach my life in a way that worked with my unique brain in this neurotypical world, and find my place with a clear path forward.

Hi, I’m

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 at the age of 38, after a lifetime of emotional struggles, feeling misunderstood by the world around me, and feeling like I was in a constant state of treading water. I had built a successful multi-million dollar walnut snack company, but was still feeling lost, trapped, and bogged down by being spread too thin.
I spent the next 3 years deeply entrenched in all things ADHD, and learning to completely restructure and approach my life in a way that worked with my unique brain in this neurotypical world, and find my place with a clear path forward.

This involved the following:

Doing a deep dive into ADHD medications and working with my doctor to find the best ones for me.
Developing a clearer idea of what I can realistically aim for in this lifetime, and what commitments need to be let go, in order to better serve my life’s purpose.
Documenting my ADHD journey on social media, where I found an extremely healing, supportive, and helpful community

Going back to school to finish a degree in Psychology in Addictions – this time properly medicated with a 4.0! I will soon be pursuing a PhD program for research neuropsychology, and help to better bridge the gap between the fields of medicine and psychology.
Systematically simplifying my life by saying no to new projects and purging everything that was a result of “hunting dopamine,” or was simply adding more responsibility and guilt to my life instead of making it easier.
Attending the International ADHD conference each year, and collecting a library of resources for myself and my clients.
Getting certified as an ADHD coach, and working with my first clients
